When you make an appointment, please include your name, age, gender, address, telephone number, fax number(if applicable), nationality and the medical services or consultations you desire. You may request to be seen and treated by the doctors of your choice.
Detailed information, the name of the specialist, your appointment time and the location
of the clinic will be sent to you.
