-Selected as a Top Brand for 13 Years on in the Category of General Hospital

According to the results of the 15th Korea Brand Power Index (K-BPI) Survey 2013 released by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC) on March 4, the SNU Hospital (Hee-won JUNG, President & CEO) stood first in the category of general hospital for 13 consecutive years from 2001 when the survey on general hospital commenced in 2001.
It lived up to its reputation as a golden brand, a No.1 brand for more than 10 years, thereby cementing a long-term presence as a top-class hospital brand.

Covering the entire spectrum of industrial sectors across consumer goods, durable goods, service, etc., this year's survey took place for 3 months from October 2012 through one-to-one interviews with 11,000 men and women aged 15~60 in Seoul and 6 metropolitan cities.

The SNU Hospital took the premier position in recognition, likability, etc.

“I deeply appreciate public attention to the SNU Hospital. We will push for ongoing innovation under the banner of 'meticulous strategy and back to basics,' thereby evolving into a benevolent and lovable hospital performing upgraded public functions and a world-class medical brand contributing to global health,” said Hee-won JUNG, President & CEO.

※ Based on Korea's first brand management model instituted by the KMAC, the K-BPI Survey represents Korea's leading brand evaluation system that marks the 15th anniversary this year since its inception in 1999.
